This past weekend, we proudly launched the second tower at Burswood Point, Somerset East — and the response exceeded all expectations.

Set against the stunning Swan River backdrop, Somerset East offers a refined lifestyle opportunity within Perth’s largest urban master-planned community.
The strong interest from future residents and the broader community reflects the confidence in the vision we’re bringing to life.

With construction commencing next month, Somerset East and West is now well and truly underway — transitioning from vision to reality. The journey at Burswood Point is just beginning, and we look forward to what’s ahead.

We are very pleased to receive approval for our $150 million two-tower development on the Burswood peninsula.

This paves the way for the construction of 200 new apartments across a 26-storey and 18-storey tower.

It comes as part of our wider $3.8 billion Burswood Point project, which is set to transform the precinct around Belmont Racecourse with more than 4,500 new residences, access to more than 30,000 square metres of retail and commercial space, a shopping centre, and a luxury hotel.

“I extend my appreciation to our dedicated team members, alongside the commendable contributions of both Town of Victoria Park officers and its design review panel,” managing director Andrew Sugiaputra said.

“All stakeholders have been actively collaborating to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved across the site for both prospective residents and the wider Perth community.”
