Golden Sedayu was pleased to contribute to a recent Nine News segment focusing on the evolution of Belmont Park Racecourse and the wider precinct as the Burswood Point masterplanned community begins to take shape.  

As the sole developer of Burswood Point, we feel privileged to be able to create Perth’s next urban neighbourhood from the ground up. We are working with world leading design practices to shape a community that draws inspiration from other thoughtfully planned riverfront destinations like Southbank in Melbourne or Brisbane, that the whole of Perth will be able to enjoy. 

Somerset Residences is making its way up through the podium levels, the River and Garden Homes are being delivered by Urbane and C U Building Group respectively, and the DA for the next two buildings is approved. It is an exciting time at Burswood Point.

Momentum continues to build, with consistent construction milestones and a strong market response to Somerset Residences, the first stage of riverfront homes. Somerset is due for completion in Q4 2027. West is 80% sold and East is selling fast.
