As we move into spring, we are pleased to provide a progress update for the River and Garden Homes at Burswood Point.
River Homes
Urbane continues to work through Stages 1 and 2 of the River Homes.
Stage 1:
- River Home 17: The first floor suspended slab has been poured.
- River Homes 1 and 9: First floor formwork is complete.
- River Homes 16 and 24: Reinforcement and services have been installed to the first floor suspended slabs.
- River Home 8: First floor brickwork is complete.
Stage 2 :
River Home 11: Footings are complete and slab has been poured and brickwork is 50 per cent complete.
River Home 13: Footings and slab has been prepared.
Urbane is continuing to work on documentation for Stage 3 of the River Homes (RH2 to RH7) in anticipation for the Building Permits to be submitted to the Town of Victoria Park in the last quarter of this year.
Garden Homes
Over at the Garden Homes, CU Building Group is making steady progress across Garden Homes 2 to 5. Roof sheeting has been installed, while external plastering to the courtyards and external linings to the rear balconies has commenced. In addition, service pre-lays, air-conditioning plant and ducting have all been installed.
It is also exciting to see the suspended slab poured and the pergola columns installed on the roof terraces of Garden Homes 1 and 6 and to see the view corridor through to the river that these homes will enjoy.
Stage 2 earthworks are complete and the soakwells have been delivered ready for installation in early September.
