The Golden Sedayu & Golden Sedayu Construction team was pleased to welcome Victoria Park Hon. Hannah Beazley MLA at Burswood Point to view the early progress of Stage 1 – Somerset Residences.
With 170 piles to be installed between now and October, it was fantastic to see how much progress the KELLER team have already made on site! Following the completion of the piling, bulk excavation will commence, which will allow for concrete pours and construction of the basement to begin. Somerset East & West is estimated reach completion in Q4 2027.
