Golden Sedayu is a Perth-based, Western Australian developer with a local team dedicated to the delivery of the $3.8 billion Burswood Point masterplanned community.
Formed through a partnership between respected WA land developer Golden Group and leading Indonesian developer Agung Sedayu, these two development powerhouses bring global perspective, local knowledge, and a shared vision to Burswood Point – ensuring a destination of lasting impact and enduring quality.
In addition to Burswood Point, Managing Director of Golden Sedayu and Golden Group Andrew Sugiaputra has led several landmark developments. The delivery of 3,500 lots in master-planned estates and the $140 million upscale Golden Square office building in St George’s Terrace, Perth, further cements his track record in large-scale residential and commercial developments.

Golden Sedayu Construction (GSC) is the dedicated construction arm of Golden Sedayu. This vertically integrated construction arm was formed in 2025 to control the development and delivery quality of the apartment towers at Burswood Point, one of WA’s most significant urban regeneration precincts. It is led by a highly experienced, WA-based team, with a proven track record on landmark projects, including The Ritz-Carlton and the Towers at Elizabeth Quay.
