Golden Sedayu Managing Director, Andrew Sugiaputra, recently joined Landscape Architect Ryan Lucy, Associate at Hassell, for an engaging discussion on the landscape vision taking shape at Burswood Point.
Hassell is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading landscape architecture practices, best known in Western Australia for its work on Optus Stadium Park and Chevron Parklands; the firm now brings its expertise to the extensive foreshore works and recreational precincts at Burswood Point.
During the event, Andrew shared a construction update on the foreshore works and upcoming project milestones, while Ryan revealed how the landscape vision was inspired by a desire to foster a deep connection between residents and the natural beauty of Perth’s newest riverfront neighbourhood.
The masterplan’s nature-inspired foreshore activation, lush green spines, and innovative public open spaces are set to redefine how residents experience life by the river, unlocking new ways to enjoy this previously undiscovered waterfront.
Interest in both the apartments and homes at Burswood Point has been remarkable since the commencement of construction, reflecting the community’s excitement for what’s to come.
It was a wonderful and informative day for attendees, many of whom left feeling one step closer to calling Burswood Point home.
If you weren’t able to attend, we invite you to visit the Display Suite to explore how you, too, could connect with your own 2.5km of riverfront living.
