Approval for the next set of two towers
We are thrilled to receive approval for the next set of two towers in our landmark Burswood Point project. The newly approved towers will house more than 200 apartments overlooking the Belmont Racecourse and will include on-site amenities such as a residents’ cinema, cocktail entertaining lounge, fitness centre, fitness studio, and kids’ breakout space.
Our dedicated team have been working tirelessly to bring this project to life, securing approvals within just four months of submission. This milestone brings us one step closer to creating a city-defining development.
