A $150 million development has been approved for the Burswood Peninsula
Thanks to Connor McGoverne at Nine for covering the latest approval of our $150 million dual-tower development on the Burswood Peninsula. “We have spent a lot of time getting through the process, it’s finally time to start delivering,” Development Director Andrew Bouhlas said. The Burswood-Point project is set to inject more than $10 billion into the economy and generate over 25,000 jobs for West Australians, while connecting locals to this area of the Swan River foreshore for the first time in 80 years.
