    We’re excited to announce that we have officially kicked off construction

    We’re excited to announce that we have officially kicked off construction of the first homes at Burswood Point, with a sod-turning ceremony!

    At 38 hectares, Burswood Point is the largest mixed-use urban development Perth has ever seen and is set to bring 4,500 new homes, hotels, restaurants, lagoon beach and more to this already stunning location, just 3.5km from the CBD.

    The first stage of construction includes 67 homes and 203 apartments. With $200 million of civil works already completed or underway and pilings due to begin in November, we expect the first residents can start moving in by the end of 2026!

    A big thank you to everyone who has supported this mega project including Premier Roger Cook, Minister Rita Saffioti MLA, Minister John Carey MLA, Minister Hannah Beazley MLA, Minister David Michael, Assistant Minister Patrick Gorman and Town of Victoria Park mayor Karen Vernon who joined us and our partners to officially turn the sod today.
