Builder announcement
WA-based developer Golden Sedayu has established its own construction company to deliver luxury residences at the new multi-billion-dollar Burswood Point development. Golden Sedayu Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Sedayu, will be led by a highly experienced, WA-based team, with a proven track record on landmark projects, including The Ritz-Carlton and the Towers at Elizabeth Quay.

Construction Commencing
We’re excited to announce that we have officially kicked off construction of the first homes at Burswood Point, with a sod-turning ceremony!
At 38 hectares, Burswood Point is the largest mixed-use urban development Perth has ever seen. and is set to bring 4,500 new homes, hotels, restaurants, lagoon beach and more to this already stunning location, just 3.5km from the CBD.

Approval for the next set of two towers
The newly approved towers will house more than 200 apartments overlooking the Belmont Racecourse and will include on-site amenities such as a residents’ cinema, cocktail entertaining lounge, fitness centre, fitness studio, and kids’ breakout space.
