Approval for the next set of two towers
The newly approved towers will house more than 200 apartments overlooking the Belmont Racecourse and will include on-site amenities such as a residents’ cinema, cocktail entertaining lounge, fitness centre, fitness studio, and kids’ breakout space.

Multibillion-dollar Burswood project wins approval for twin-tower plan
We are very pleased to receive approval for our $150 million two-tower development on the Burswood peninsula. This paves the way for the construction of 200 new apartments across a 26-storey and 18-storey tower. It comes as part of our wider $3.8 billion Burswood Point project
