We’re excited to announce that we have officially kicked off construction of the first homes at Burswood Point, with a sod-turning ceremony!
At 38 hectares, Burswood Point is the largest mixed-use urban development Perth has ever seen. and is set to bring 4,500 new homes, hotels, restaurants, lagoon beach and more to this already stunning location, just 3.5km from the CBD.
The newly approved towers will house more than 200 apartments overlooking the Belmont Racecourse and will include on-site amenities such as a residents’ cinema, cocktail entertaining lounge, fitness centre, fitness studio, and kids’ breakout space.
Our managing director @Andrew Sugiaputra shared an update on activities at Burswood Point. This project is years in the making and is set to deliver 4,500 new residences, access to more than 30,000 square metres of retail and commercial space, a shopping centre, and a luxury hotel.
